Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 20, 2026

Overview

Flint is an early-stage Amazon Ads operations workspace. This policy explains how Flint handles information collected during account authorization, product review, and controlled testing.

Information We Collect

Flint may collect business contact details, workspace membership details, authentication metadata, Amazon Ads authorization grants, advertiser profile metadata, marketplace identifiers, campaign reporting data, and operational logs needed to run and audit the service.

How We Use Information

Flint uses collected information to authenticate users, process Amazon Ads authorization, synchronize advertiser profiles, retrieve reports, display advertising performance, debug service issues, prevent misuse, and maintain audit records.

Amazon Ads Data

Flint requests access to Amazon Ads data only after advertiser consent through Login with Amazon. Amazon Ads data is used to provide advertising workflow features such as profile sync, reporting, and campaign analysis. Flint does not sell Amazon Ads data.

Sharing

Flint may share data with infrastructure providers that help operate the service, such as hosting, database, storage, security, and monitoring providers. Flint may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service from abuse.

Retention

Flint keeps information only as long as needed for product operation, security, audit, legal, and review purposes. OAuth tokens and authorization records may be removed or invalidated when access is revoked or no longer needed.

Security

Flint is designed to protect authorization credentials and customer data with restricted access, encrypted transport, separation of service responsibilities, and audit logging. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.
